Yes. For most residential projects we work on a fixed price contract so you know exactly what you're up for before work begins. For larger or more complex builds, we can also work on a cost-plus arrangement where that better suits the project.

Yes. George is a fully licensed builder with the QBCC and carries full public liability and contractor insurance on every project.

Yes. For trades outside of carpentry and building — such as electrical, plumbing and tiling — we work with a trusted network of licensed subcontractors. All trades on your project are vetted, licensed and held to the same standard we hold ourselves to.
